- Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via DHL, a global leader in express delivery services. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow the status of your shipment in real-time.
- Shipping fee is provided by Frida Xhoi & Xhei.
- Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees:
Please note that the prices of our products do not include any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may be applicable in your country.
- The recipient is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with receiving the wedding dress. These charges are not included in the product price at checkout and will be collected by DHL or the local customs authorities at the time of delivery.
- These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations, and the recipient must cover all costs related to customs clearance. Frida Xhoi & Xhei is not responsible for any delays, fees, or charges resulting from customs processing.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times depend on the destination and the specific shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that international deliveries may take additional time due to customs procedures in the destination country.
- Shipping takes 3-5 days ( weekdays ) without custom clearance procedures.
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

Work typically begins within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. From the moment work has started, all prepayments become strictly non-refundable.
Because our services involve time, expertise, and customized work, refunds cannot be issued for work that has already been initiated, partially completed, or fully delivered.
